We calculate all prices of our holiday apartments depending on the season and the length of stay.

If you are interested in spending your vacation in our house, we will be happy to send you a non-binding offer.

• Water, heating and electricity costs are included in the price
• Local tax € 1.80 from the age of 15
• Final cleaning € 60 to € 100 per apartment
• Short stay surcharge (1 to 3 nights) € 5 per person and night
• Free WiFi
• Bread roll service and provision of coffee capsules possible
• Dogs are allowed, pet surcharge of 7 € / day

Arrival:  You can move into the holiday apartment from around 1 p.m.

Departure:   by 9:30 a.m. at the latest

In the event of a later arrival or early departure, the time actually booked will be invoiced.

The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply to cancellations.
80% of the agreed apartment price according to the booking confirmation will be invoiced if the apartment is not re-let or the difference if the holiday apartment is not re-let.
