We calculate all prices of our holiday apartments depending on the season and the length of stay.

- Local tax € 1.80 from the age of 15
- Final cleaning € 60 to € 100 per apartment
- Short stay surcharge (1 to 3 nights) € 5 per person and night
- Free WiFi
- Bread roll service and provision of coffee capsules possible
- Dogs are allowed, pet surcharge of 7 € / day
Arrival: You can move into the holiday apartment from around 1 p.m.
Departure: by 9:30 a.m. at the latest
In the event of a later arrival or early departure, the time actually booked will be invoiced.
The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply to cancellations.
80% of the agreed apartment price according to the booking confirmation will be invoiced if the apartment is not re-let or the difference if the holiday apartment is not re-let.
